Dreamers + Doers
Business Ethos
When Premier Roofing was established in 1996, it was based on a vision of doing better than other Anchorage roofing companies. It was time for a better client experience … time to raise expectations. We wanted to offer an experience that made our clients feel taken care of, not taken advantage of. The path to achieve that vision was clear; pride of craftsmanship and neighborly service.
We are still committed to raising the standard of roofing in Anchorage by consistently providing an exceptional experience from start to finish. We believe in quality in all that we do. We believe in transparency with our processes and costs; our proposals are full of details so our clients never have to guess. We are always up-to-date on the latest changes to the building codes and the manufacturer's installation requirements, so that we can deliver the best results to our clients.
We credit our business success and endurance to the high standards that we have set for ourselves, and practice every single day. We still believe in personal one-on-one service. Tracy will greet you when you contact our office, and Dan is still present on each and every job to guarantee the consistency of our craftsmanship.
The Overthinkers
We are Tracy and Daniel Jones, and Anchorage has been our home for the past forty-one years. What began as a youthful excursion for two high school sweethearts from Las Vegas to visit Alaskan family and to explore this beautiful space became an adventure that continues today. With entrepreneurial roots in the construction and other industries on both sides of our families, it was befitting to eventually start our own roofing business, with a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to guide us.
When we are not busy making roofing dreams come true, we are day-tripping and savoring all that our beautiful state has to offer … still. We will never, ever tire of the landscape that surounds us. We are typically caught up in a web of endless home improvement projects. We make far too many trips to Moose's Tooth and Starbucks. We love Alaska. We are known to overthink just about everything.
